Effective November 1, 2026. Orlando Electricians uses the information you submit to prepare an estimate, arrange a visit by an independent contractor, and communicate about your request.
What we collect
Your name, phone number, optional email, service area, job details, timing preferences, and optional photos of the work. Please do not include payment card details or sensitive personal documents in your request.
Leads, calls and texts
When you submit your contact details, you agree that we, and the contractor handling your job, may call or text you about your request, including by automated means. This is how we confirm your booking and arrange the visit. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a text to stop further texts.
Who we share it with
We share your name, contact details, address area, job description and photos with the independent contractor who may do the work. The contractor's identity is given to you when the visit is arranged. Photos are shared through a private link. Each provider and contractor handles information under its own terms.
Photos
Photos are optional. We store them privately and share them only with the contractor handling your job. Photos are not sent to the AI service.
Payments
When online booking is open, Stripe processes deposit payments. You enter card details on Stripe's page, and we do not receive your full card number.
AI processing of your job description
The job description you type may be processed by an AI service to produce your price estimate. The description should not contain sensitive personal information. The estimate is informational, and the contractor's quote controls the price.
Site security
Cloudflare may provide site security and bot checks.
Your private request link
Your private request link grants access to your booking details. Keep it private. This browser stores its access token locally so you can return to your request. Operator access uses a secure session cookie.
Retention and requests
We keep request and transaction records as needed to provide the service, handle disputes and meet recordkeeping duties. To request access, correction or deletion, email sparkgrowthco@gmail.com. Transaction and legal records may need to be retained.
Website measurement
Google Analytics and Meta run by default on eligible public pages. Use Cookie preferences to turn either off. Google Analytics measures selected public-page visits and Meta measures advertising-related PageViews. These providers receive technical browser information, IP addresses and cookie identifiers; Meta may associate activity with information it already holds. We do not send form contents, email addresses or private request activity. Automatic interaction collection and advanced matching are disabled. Query strings, fragments and private or operational pages are excluded. Browser privacy signals keep optional tracking off. Saved opt-outs remain until you change them or clear browser site data. Google Analytics cookies last up to 180 days and Meta cookies typically last up to 90 days. Turning either provider off in Cookie preferences stops future collection and removes accessible tracking cookies. Preferences open only when requested; there is no automatic popup.
